Exercises to get rid of cellulite

When it comes to the first stage of the cellulite, then only fresh air is needed for the body and adequately individual’s active muscular life is needed, hence walking is the best suggested exercise. But, if it is the case of confirmed cellulite and the treatment is going from about four to five months, then the regular gentle exercise is required along with breathing and walking exercise. Once should not perform too violent exercises in the beginning as it might lead to opposite to the required result or result in fatigue, hence increasing the poisoning of the system.

 

Cardio exercises particularly, have shown best results in decreasing the body fat, hence reducing the cellulite. But one should keep in mind; this does not happen in just few days or overnight. It requires accumulated minutes of exercise for a longer time. It takes about five to six months. Start with small running steps until you get out of breath slightly. Now stretch your arms, in a standing position and then cross the left arm over the right quickly and vice versa. Stretching and forcing them to sides as far as possible to about 25 times. Now standing with arms stretched, try making two horizontal figures of eight with the help of the tips of your fingers. The arm should approach one another for the forward loops at the chin level and carried at back for the backward loops. Perform this for about 20 to 25 times.

 

Vertically swing one outstretched arm up keeping the other one behind the body. Repeat this movement for 20 to 25 times. With the heel strike the back of the buttocks and thighs, keeping the knee of the leg bent as far as you can, rest the hands at the wall. For each leg perform this 20 to 30 times. All these exercises will help in getting rid of cellulite.

 

Other exercises are lying down flat on tummy and then separately lifting each leg vertically. These need to be performed 20 times for each leg. Another one is standing keeping the legs wide apart and then sitting on one heel bend double the leg, keep the buttocks close to the surface, now shift to other leg and sit on other heel. These need to be performed for about 20 to 25 times. 

 

Sitting on the heels, kneel down on the ground, stretch the arms forward and trunk leaning forward, now to the left swing the trunk and arms in a movement that is semi-circular, now repeat this with the right, do not stop at the end of every movement and knees should be closer to the chest. This also needs to be performed for about 20 to 25 times.       

                                                                                                       

Last exercises involves lying on the back flat with the stretched arms at the back, lifting the legs over the head and try to touch the hand with feet, and then slowly bring them to the floor. This exercise needs to be performed for about 20 to 25 times.

 

All these exercises when performed regularly will help in removing cellulite.
