Hair Diet to Increase Hair Growth

A head full of dense and lustrous hair is an indicator of the person’s health and vitality. Poor health reflects in poor quality of hair and hair problems. Hair quality can be improved with proper care and good nutrition.


Hair is made of keratin which is a form of protein. Eating protein rich foods and following a balanced diet helps in controlling hair fall and in accelerating hair growth.


Nature has provided us with a variety of food designed to deliver nutrients to every part of our body and to promote natural beauty and health. The body requires food from each of the major food groups e.g. proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, fats and minerals to maintain good health. Sufficient roughage and plenty of water must be consumed to promote good circulation and flushing out of toxins.
