Most people have puffy eyes either due to stress, smoking, aging or drinking. However, they mustn’t worry as it is not difficult to get rid of these puffy eyes. 1. Green or Black Tea

How to Use

 

First choose the tea that you wish to consume. Next, immerse the 2 tea bags into hot water for about 5 minutes. Let the water become lukewarm. Remove the tea bags and place it over close eyelids. Find a soft cloth and place it over the tea bags. During summer, it is recommended to cool the tea bags by keeping them in the refrigerator. What you should do is keep about 6 spoons in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes. After they are cool, lie down and place one spoon over each eye. Keep replacing them as and when they get warm.


3. Using cucumbers is the best-known and oldest remedy in the book for puffy eyes. It is known to help and refresh puffy eyes. This is because the cucumbers offer properties that allow the blood vessels to reduce in size. The result is de-puffed eyes.

 

All you need to do is put a thin slice of cucumber over each eye. Lie down for about 10 minutes and relax.


4. Egg whites are not only good for your health but they can also be used to reduce puffiness around eyes. They can also be used to reduce those crow’s feet around eyes.

 

The egg whites should be beaten until they are stiff and frothy. Next, a brush should be taken and the mixture should be applied onto the targeted area gently. 3. Most people who wear contact lenses complain about puffy eyes. This is because they do not take enough care to remove them before they sleep. Most people also do not disinfect them properly before re-using them. If your working hours require you to use the computer for a considerable amount of time, wear glasses instead of contact lenses. This will definitely help to reduce the puffiness around your eyes.

 

4. The most common reason for puffy eyes is too little sleep. Eight hours of sleep is necessary for a healthy body and mind.
