Heart diseases are on the increase in the recent times.  Men get affected by hear diseases more than women. Heart care is of utmost importance in our life as our life depends upon the health of the heart. Most common among heart diseases is the coronary heart disease.  This occurs due to the blockage of blood vessels causing undue pressure on the heart leading to heart attack. 1. Before going to bed make a mixture of 1 tbs. of honey, juice of 1/2 a lemon and a glass of water, after drink it, also everyday use of lemon.


2. You can take in liberal amount of apple juice and apple jam because it have heart stimulating property.


3. Form a strong heart and clean arteries when use of cayenne, garlic.


4. Ginseng, turmeric, lecithin are very effective in the treatment of heart care.


5. Take a beet juice, fresh grape fruits and green tea.


6. Take a 2-3 pieces of garlic, this are boiled with a milk and intake it everyday.


7. Make a parsley tea and take this tea for 3-4 times in everyday.


Herb Remedies for Heart Care


1. Guava is highly effective as a home remedy for heart disease. It is useful in the treatment of palpitation of the heart.  Ripe guava should be taken on empty stomach everyday to cure heart conditions caused due to anemia and nervousness.


2. One fourth of a tablespoon of powdered cardamom should be boiled and added to a cup of tea.  Drinking this hot tea is helpful in treating heart disease.


3. Boil 2 pieces of garlic in milk and drink this everyday to prevent heart disease.


4. The juice of beet root is known as a good home remedy for heart conditions.


5. Regular use of Gingko Biloba is a good home remedy which is a natural herb for curing heart disease.


6. Banana should be eaten everyday to help in curing heart disease.
