How To Attain Good Body posture

As we all know, people these days are very busy with their work. Most of them cannot find time even for their families, so it is least expected form them that they will find time for themselves. However, due to the rising complaints regarding back ache, body ache, and shoulder ache etc. many people have started maintaining good body posture. You are completely unaware about body postures and your mind is triggered by the question how to attain good body posture and you are wondering where to go, what to do and whom to ask. Thus, in order to answer your queries you should first know what do we mean by good body posture. A good body posture is all about contraction of muscles whether they may be your leg muscle or back muscles. Many people confuse it with sitting or standing straight but it is not so. You can stand straight, arms out on both the sides. You should stand at an angle of 90 degrees from the body.

Swinging both the arms forwards and backwards making a circle.

Repeat the above exercise 20- 25 times daily.
