  8. Salads are must and should have been taken at least half an hour before meals.

  9. 45 min brisk walk in early morning fresh air.

  1. Put a full stop on junk food/fast food/ with immediate effect.

  2. Avoid fried and spicy food articles.

  3. Say no to alcohol consumption and smoking.

Lemon Juice for Acne: Mix lemon juice and rose water in equal amount, apply it on face and leave it for at least half an hour. Repeat this remedy for 20-25 days.


Groundnut oil 1 table spoon and Fresh lime juice 1 table spoon mix them well and apply it on affected areas.


Grated cucumber with a tablespoon of lime juice and honey, mix it well and apply it over face twice a day, will help in healing acne and refreshes your skin.


Egg Yolk Mask: Apply the egg yolk with a cotton ball to oily areas and leave this on your face for 20 to 30 minutes and wash with cold water.


Black Gram Paste for Acne: Prepare a fine paste from sandalwood and black gram. Apply rose water on the face before applying paste. Now apply paste over the whole face and leave it overnight. Clean your face with cool water in the morning. Sandalwood has a cooling effect and it does a great job in reducing skin inflammation and irritation.


Apple-Oatmeal Combination for Acne: Take 1/2 cup mashed apple, 1/2 cup cooked oatmeal, 1 slightly beaten egg white and 1 tablespoon lemon juice and mix it into a fine paste and apply it to your face for at least 20 to 30 minutes and rinse with cold water.


Honey Face Mask for Acne: Prepare a fine paste of honey and cinnamon powder. Apply on the affected areas before sleeping and wash it next morning with warm water. Repeat it for 2-3 weeks.


Garlic for Acne: Apply 3-4 pieces of raw garlic paste on acne twice daily and wash it away with cold water. Also have two pieces of raw garlic empty stomach early morning.


Neem Turmeric Paste for Acne: Prepare a fine paste of turmeric powder with Neem leaves. Apply on affected areas. Rinse it off after 20-30 minutes with lukewarm water.
