Pregnancy and lower back pain is synonymous with each other and this condition troubles almost every pregnant women. Usually the back pain relinquishes after the delivery of the baby. One should take regular breaks from the work during the day, so that the body does not become stiff and cause pain. Heavy weights should not be lifted during pregnancy as it can trigger back pain. Getting the right amount of sleep is quite important and in most cases it has helped in reducing the back pain. Many women go through a lot of stress during pregnancy and back pain can be caused because of it.
Practicing yoga can be a great natural remedy to reduce the pain. If the back pain is severe, then one must inform their doctors so that proper treatment and medication can be recommended for this condition. At times, the doctor might suggest physiotherapy to relive the pain, and if the mother feels comfortable then it can be done on a regular basis.
