Sleep well; this is an essential part of skin care. Most of the pregnant women have a bad sleep because of the aches and pains of pregnancy; this can be minimized by getting a good massage before bedtime. This will give relaxation and help you to have a restful and deep sleep. Music is also very helpful, try to listen to some classical music which can drift you off to sleep. If you can’t have a good sleep at night, try to take a nap during the day time. You should not forget that a good sleep is essential for your skin.
