There are many types of foods that must be avoided during the pregnancy phase. Women who are addicted to caffeine should try to avoid caffeine based drinks and they can fall back on black tea. Even herbal teas are touted as a healthy alternative to caffeine based drinks. Moderation is considered as the key when it comes to sugary diet during the pregnancy tenure.
