Eyeliner is a cosmetic used to accentuate and define the contours of the eye. As the name suggests, eyeliner is drawn on the upper and lower eyelids in dark colors. The outline gives a dramatic effect to brighten the eyes.
Eyeliner is available in a variety of colours other than the basic black- brown, bronze shades, green, blue and even silver. While liquid eyeliner comes in bottles with a handy brush, pencil eyeliners are proving popular with women who want to complete their makeup in a jiffy.
