In some cases of working woman they may have the feeling to lie down by noon. You will not be able to exercise comfortably. You will not have the interest to go even for a simple activity like shopping, as you will be feeling lightheaded or wiped out.
Frequent Urination is the other early symptom of pregnancy. You will have a tendency to go to the restroom frequently. The family members or your friends notices this and comments that you go to the restroom quiet often. The main cause of this symptom is because of the swelling uterus putting pressure on the bladder. Also, during the time of pregnancy extra body fluids are produced by kidney and bladder, which means that you should have to go to the restroom frequently and this symptom will be seen through out all the nine months.
Nausea is also an early pregnancy symptom. You will be having, nausea, queasiness and vomiting will come when you are least expecting it. These symptoms come within a week of pregnancy. Most of the women experience this during morning when they take coffee or eat food on an empty stomach. This is called morning sickness. In other case nausea is noticed in the evening or afternoon. In some other case these symptoms will be there throughout the day. During this time women eat smaller, but more frequent meals or snacks. Some women prefer salty crackers, and in some cases milk is vey helpful. These symptoms are seen about a month after pregnancy. This symptom will go after some time, may be in the second trimester, and at this time body adjust to these changes.
Dizziness and fainting is one of the surprising sign during the time of pregnancy. You will have these symptoms when you are climbing the stairs, when you stand up after sitting, or when you are waiting at a bus stop, you may even faint. The reason is that when the uterus swells they compress the arteries in the leg; this will drop the blood pressure and result in dizziness.
Heartburn and constipation is also a symptom of pregnancy. This is caused when uterus starts to swell it pushes against the stomach and other organs when it grows. When the emptying of the stomach is slow, stomach acids is released in excess to aid digestion, which leads to the feeling of heartburn.
